I calendar my time, prioritize simple pleasures, reduce chaos, and practice mindfulness and self-care. These habits have become positive reinforcements for me.

Personally, I have experienced the benefits of Slow Living and Pareto's Law firsthand. As someone who used to prioritize productivity and achievement above all else, I found myself constantly stressed and burned out.

During my initial days in Sales & Marketing, I used to live an over-the-edge lifestyle. Looking back, I would have changed a lot if I could. Unfortunately, we can't change the past. But moving forward, I made it a point to give my 100% effort in my job, because that's what we are paid for. However, times call for a smart working culture. I suggest that everyone prioritize work and life to achieve maximum productivity. Just follow Pareto's Law of 80/20.

In my case, I stopped focusing the majority of my time on those 80% of accounts that only generated 20% of the top line. I delegated or automated the process with emails, SMS, etc. Instead, I started focusing the first hour of each day on prioritizing and formulating plans to address the 20% of accounts generating 80% of my top line. This has worked wonders for me. I now have more time for personal well-being and mental health, and the results are also good in terms of bottom-line growth. I am able to focus more on my life, including my long-time dream of writing blogs and articles and being a guest writer with peers from the industry. This has really helped me grow mentally, physically, and spiritually.
